Citation: The CSIR Young Scientist Award for the year 2013 in Chemical Sciences has been awarded to Dr. Santoshkumar D Bhat of CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute, Karaikudi, for his innovative contribution to the design and development of polymer electrolyte membranes in fuel cell applications.
